News: April 2009
2009 has been a very busy year to date - reassuring in the current economic climate.
So far our training team has been booked to capacity with 4x4, winch, advanced driving and health & safety courses.
To date we have worked this year with NUVIA, Limerick Fire & Rescue Service, the MOD and a number of private clients.
We are providing specialist rescue winch training for the Irish Fire Service and hoping to be their provider of Emergency Response Driver Training in the future.
More and more of our time is being spent training in-house instructors for organisations such as Fire & Rescue (both airfield and local authority), Police and majornational organisations and companies.
Our forestry work is moving along too with our Clydesdale working in a local community woodland extracting fallen wood (which we use for various purposes - all very eco-friendly!)
Prior to Christmas we were also working out in Isreal with the Canadian Forces who work on the West Bank and in Gaza. A difficult job in difficult times - we wish them well in their mission.

Clydesdale Horses - At Craighead Farm, we are also the home of working Clydesdale Horses - a traditional scottish breed. We use them for horse logging and other forestry contracting work. We also offer a full range of LANTRA Awards training courses.
